To request an individual or institutional genealogy poster (see examples), please select the Contact tab and complete the form, including an address where the poster should be mailed. A donation to our non-profit of $100 (individual) or $250 (institutional) per poster is requested (see Donate tab) to defray costs associated with the continuation of the NeurosurGen project in perpetuity.
